WE NORMALLY DESPATCH ON MONDAYS HOWEVER IF SOMETHING IS URGENT THEN WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET YOUR GOODS TO YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

Delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands

All items are sent by Royal Mail.  We will use either Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Parcel Post with the appropriate insurance cover. We may at times use ParcelForce as Royal Mail restrict the weight of parcels to under 2kg on their Special Delivery Service.  If you are ordering shoes these are usually sent under separate cover.

 Our pricing structure for postage is 

£0 - £150.00 - postage is £4.95

Over £150 - free postage with restrictions (*)

(*) This is based on one dress if more than one dress is purchased we will contact you to arrange payment for the postage of the 2nd dress.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF BOTH DRESSES ARE RETURNED POSTAGE COSTS MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND

We will not ship to PO Box numbers.

We will not guarantee parcels for Saturday Delivery.

Delivery to Europe and Ireland - we no longer ship to USA or ROW

PLEASE NOTE  WE ARE RESTRICTED TO THE SIZE OF BOX/PACKAGE WE USE 

We expect most European parcels to take around 10 days,  but please allow 14 days. This service can be tracked until it leaves the UK, a signature is requested at the point of delivery but we are unable to ask for proof of delivery.

We have no control over customs delays and we take care to submit the correct paperwork but cannot guarantee immediate customs clearance. We cannot be responsible for any duty or taxes which may become payable. If a customer chooses to refuse a shipment due to customs and import duties, we can`t refund the purchase price or any subsequent postal charges.

WE TAKE SPECIAL CARE WHEN PACKING OUR DRESSES.   PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN OPENING THE PACKAGING - NO SHARP OBJECTS SHOULD BE USED.

 WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND ANY CHARGES/CLAIMS FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS UNTIL THE ROYAL MAIL CLAIMS PROCEDURE HAS BEEN COMPLETED
