Please note that all prices are correct at the time of publication. We do try to maintain prices but it is sometimes necessary to increase or decrease prices. The price paid at the time of checkout is final and will not be amended.

Delivery Information
Stock permitting all orders will be processed within 3/4 working days and despatched within 5/6 business days. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as possible. If your order is urgent please mark this in the comments box.

  WE ALWAYS TRY TO AVOID HAVING PARCELS CAUGHT UP IN THE WEEKEND POSTAL SYSTEM AND THAT IS WHY WE PREFER TO DESPATCH ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.  IF SOMETHING IS URGENT THEN WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET YOUR GOODS TO YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

Delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands

All items are sent by Royal Mail.  We will use either Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Parcel Post with the appropriate insurance cover. We may at times use ParcelForce as Royal Mail restrict the weight of parcels to under 2kg on their Special Delivery Service.  If you are ordering shoes these are usually sent under separate cover.

Over £150 - free postage with restrictions (*)

(*) This is based on one dress if more than one dress is purchased we will contact you to arrange payment for the postage of the 2nd dress.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF BOTH DRESSES ARE RETURNED POSTAGE COSTS MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND

We will not ship to PO Box numbers.

We will not guarantee parcels for Saturday Delivery.

Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World

PLEASE NOTE  WE ARE RESTRICTED TO THE SIZE OF BOX WE USE FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We expect most European parcels to take around 7-9 days, USA and Rest of the World around 10 days but please allow 14 days. This service can be tracked until it leaves the UK, a signature is requested at the point of delivery but we are unable to ask for proof of delivery.

We have no control over customs delays and we take care to submit the correct paperwork but cannot guarantee immediate customs clearance. We cannot be responsible for any duty or taxes which may become payable. If a customer chooses to refuse a shipment due to customs and import duties, we can`t refund the purchase price or any subsequent postal charges.

We provide a secure and fully insured service to most international destinations. For all our orders overseas we use Royal Mail International Signed For Service.

WE TAKE SPECIAL CARE WITH PACKING OUR DRESSES.  THEY ARE DESPATCHED IN PROFESSIONAL STURDY BOXES WITH LOTS OF TISSUE PAPER AND PACKING.  PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN OPENING THE PACKAGING - NO SHARP OBJECTS SHOULD BE USED.

ONE BOX ONE DRESS

PLEASE NOTE OUR DRESSES WHICH ARE SOLD THROUGH THE OUTLET SECTION MAY NOT BE PACKED IN BOXES - WE WILL HOWEVER MAKE SURE THEY ARE PACKED SAFELY.

 WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND ANY CHARGES/CLAIMS FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS UNTIL THE ROYAL MAIL CLAIMS PROCEDURE HAS BEEN COMPLETED
